βΉοΈ Alarm and entity enrichment with external data
Exclusive to Canopsis v25.04 Pro
To start with, the new External Data widget in Canopsis v25.04 lets you enrich alarms and alarm entities from an external data source.
Thanks to its dedicated interface, you can:
- Add an external data source (MongoDB and PostgreSQL)
- Import and export data from a CSV file
- Manage records (import, edit, delete and duplicate)

In short, the External data module in Canopsis v25.04 lets you go even further in the dynamic enrichment of entities and alarms.
π¨ Advanced alarm list search with autocompletion
Available on Canopsis v25.04 Community and Pro
Alarm list advanced search has had a facelift. It now features an autocompletion system.

Users can choose their own search terms, without needing to know the data models inside out!
π·οΈ Extra-attribute and tag support in SNMP rules
Exclusive to Canopsis v25.04 Pro
Canopsis v25.04 also includes support for extra-attributes and tags in SNMP rules, allowing greater flexibility in defining the metadata associated with traps.

In short, this addition enriches classification possibilities and improves contextualization within the SNMP rules engine.
π€ Overhaul of profile management with separation of UI and API rights
Available on Canopsis v25.04 Community and Pro
In Canopsis v25.04, it is now possible to differentiate between access rights to the graphical user interface (UI) and rights for API integrations at user profile level.
In addition, an overhaul has been carried out to streamline rights management:
- Obsolete right removal
- New missing right addition
- Category reorganization for greater clarity
By reinforcing the security and personalization of user profiles, this separation enables clear, relevant role configuration. What’s more, double entry of rights for GUI users is a thing of the past!
π Separation of User, System and External flows entering Canopsis
Available on Canopsis v25.04 Community and Pro
Flow separation completely rethinks event management. Flows are now categorized into three types according to their origin:
- User: events triggered by users using the interface
- System: internal motor events (alarms, triggers…)
- External: events from connectors
With flow separation, Canopsis v25.04 automatically identifies and categorizes incoming flows!
π§ API update with Changelogs and Breaking changes
Available on Canopsis v25.04 Community and Pro
The Canopsis API now includes a number of changes you need to take into account
- Changelog: List of removed and added properties, responses, endpoints and all the other changes between two successive versions.
- Breaking changes: List of removed and added properties, responses, endpoints and all the other changes incompatible with earlier versions.
