Manage Canopsis information source lifelines with idle rules!
With idle rules, Canopsis generates alerts when information sources don’t have the usual throughput, based on pre-established criteria.
Thanks to this feature, it is also possible to identify entities in Canopsis that have never received an event.
Alarm inactivity is defined as not receivingany events orcriticality changes concerning the alarmduring a given period.
When inactivity is detected, Canopsis can trigger a action:
- Snooze
- Acknowledge (Ack or Ackremove)
- Cancel
- Associate a ticket (Associateticket)
- Change and lock severity
- Trigger periodic behavior (Pbehavior)
