Use patterns to dynamically filter alarms and entities in the blink of an eye!

Canopsis Patterns are a central tool for transforming a massive flow of events into truly usable information. They enable only relevant data to be selected, organized and processed according to precise technical or business criteria.

The result: less noise, greater clarity and faster decision-making.

Thanks to an intuitive interface and an advanced mode for complex cases, filters can be adapted to all profiles, from operators to administrators. In fact, they can be used to refine the display of alarms in widgets, target specific entities, trigger automatic rules or apply conditional enrichment. In this way, each team can tailor its hypervision to its own operational challenges.

Patterns significantly improve day-to-day efficiency:

  • targeted visualization of critical incidents,
  • reduction in false positives,
  • intelligent process automation,
  • and better prioritization of actions.

They also enable technical hypervision to be aligned with business realities, by building views adapted to each context.

In short, patterns give users fine-grained control over their data, enhance the relevance of analyses and contribute to more intelligent, proactive and high-performance hypervision.

✅ Updates 2022: Ergonomic patterns and saving filters

The new pattern ergonomics make it easier to enter patterns, by providing suggestions (auto-completion) to the user to limit the risk of errors.

Drivers can also configure “custom” templates for themselves, to filter alarms for example.

In this way, Canopsis shows you all the possible combinations of patterns when entering data.

You can also save patterns in a library and reuse them wherever you like.

:bulb: Update 2026: Filter/pattern optimizer and editorial chatbot

The filter optimizer will help you create your patterns and improve their writing.
