Graphic themes

Graphic themes now allow the application of four predefined themes:

• Standard theme: Canopsis
• Dark theme: Canopsis dark
• Color blind theme: Color blind
• Color blind dark theme: Color blind dark
  
  

The eventual idea is to be able to customize all the colors and logos of the Canopsis interface.
