Based on natural language, Canopsis Chatbot agent is an intelligent intermediary to one or more conversational AI services (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral…), adapting to your preferences and internal tools.

Connecting the agent to your own LLM or to third-party AI APIs allows you to comply with your security and sovereignty constraints.

This AI assistant provides Canopsis users with a virtual conversation agent capable of:

  • Answering formulated questions
  • Carrying out requested actions

In short, the aim of the Chatbot agent is to make interaction with Canopsis as smooth as possible, whether you’re new to the platform or use it intensively.

The first version of the AI assistant will allow patterns to be programmed in natural language directly in Canopsis.

In fact, it can generate, validate and correct pattern structures to matchalarms, entities and periodic behaviors.

The Chatbot agent’s capabilities will be extended over time to become the companion of all your actions in Canopsis.

The second version, for example, will incorporate a ChatOps aspect with the possibility of :

  • Create or validate rules using plain-language queries
  • Query more extensive data
  • Receive suggestions or diagnostics based on existing configuration
