Comment template

Comment model is a new module in Canopsis designed to optimize communication and collaboration between different stakeholders.

This feature enables the creation of reusable comment templates, standardizing and accelerating the input of information into the interface. Instead of having to write a message for each alarm or event, users can select a predefined template adapted to the context.

Here are a few examples of models that can be implemented: escalation, technical monitoring, operating instructions, etc.

In addition to saving time and ensuring the consistency of shared information, the module enhances the traceability of exchanges. Each comment is time-stamped and associated with the corresponding alarm or event. This guarantees better visibility of the history of events and decision-making.
